If the IRCC tracker is unavailable, it does not automatically mean something is wrong with your file.
What to check first
- Try again later using a private/incognito browser window.
- Check your email, spam folder, and IRCC secure account.
- Save screenshots only if you need proof that the system was unavailable.
- If you have a deadline, follow the instruction letter and use the web form if needed.
